I’ve been a technical writer and content strategist in multiple industries, documenting APIs for Apple, Pinterest, and the retail automotive industry, leading process documenation intiatives during times of change, and producing audience-appropriate content for everyone from the person using the software to the people maintaining the systems.
I've written software documentation, technical publications, instructional content and context-sensitive help, provided support for public blogs and podcasts, and established standards, templates, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. I've worked in teams as a contributor, coach, and mentor, and as a solo operative. And I always keep those cross-departmental and cross-functional lines of commmunications open and active.
